Enroute to Alaska on the Oceania Riviera. This morning we are traveling in heavy fog. Had a nice breakfast and then took a two hour cooking class which emphasised techniques and handling some tricky ingredients. The chef is pretty well known and has good teaching and presentation skills. It was definitely a hands - on class and ran a little long so we had to rush to the wine tasting presentation which was a complete bust. A room full of people left to their own initiative, rushing from one side of the room too try different wines from around the world, but honestly the best they had too offer was a couple Duckhorn varieties. The term"Rip-off" came to our mind. It's going to get a bad review from me, for sure.
Jain is downstairs playing a poker machine while I'm sorting out the ships WiFi system. I think i should go check her out. She might have run out of money by now.
